Millie Brant
Personal Trainer / Nurse
Coupling her 15 years Experience as a fitness instructor, with her role as an accident and emergency nurse, and a prior 6 yr orthopaedic background, she combines expertise in healthcare with a passion for promoting holistic well-being.
Millie’s commitment to personalized training extends to creating programs that accommodate varying fitness levels and medical histories, fostering an inclusive environment for clients. Excelling specifically in educating individuals, deep understanding or anatomy, injury avoidance and modification strategies and rehabilitation; drawing upon her nursing experience to enhance the overall fitness journey and deliver a well rounded and comprehensive fitness experience.
Millie has a passion for health, with a few health conditions herself, managing conditions and a drive for physical, mental and social well-being. She is specifically interested in gut health, immune function and metabolic health and is looking at furthering her training and expertise in this field, starting with lymphatic drainage treatments in the near future.
Millie herself is highly competitive and will normally have some form of race, task or competition lined up! Normally obstacle related, running or cycling!
