✓Ample free parking, don’t worry about the signs, members park for free, we will get that sorted in reception.
✓You won’t have a fob yet, so if someone is not at the door just ring the video doorbell and they will be with you shortly.
✓Feel free to take a seat in reception.
✓You’ll see the Injury & rehabilitation clinic, more about that later…
✓As you leave reception you will see our little cafe’ make sure to make the most of the freebies!

✓Check out the fridge for other cold drinks and there is snacks on the side, everything is £2.50p just use the contactless machine by the kettle!
Stepping foot in the gym!
✓The door opens into our weights floor, but you’re probably be looking straight up! when you are done admiring our beautiful architecture! here we have all of our plate loaded machinery, lifting cages, cables and free weights, there is also our treadmills facing out of scinic windows
✓Up the stairs to the right is our brand new cardio floor, and our iconic stained glass window! All this was replaced for new in late 2023. so expect a smooth workout!
✓Across the mezzanine, we have all of our selectorized machinery so we can really work on those isolation exercises, build muscle groups and maintain our health.
✓Take the corridor to the back to find our free lockers & changing rooms with single sex saunas.
